What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayFast as our payment gateway, which supports credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, and other South African payment methods. Each tenant configures their own PayFast merchant account for receiving buyer funds.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can switch subscription packages or cancel anytime directly from your tenant admin portal. There are no lock-in contracts.
Do you take a percentage of ticket sales?
No, we don't take any commission from your ticket sales. You keep 100% of your raised funds minus standard PayFast payment gateway processing fees.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Each tenant's data is completely isolated in our multi-tenant architecture. All payments are processed through PayFast's secure PCI-compliant system. We never store card details.
