Is there really a free plan?
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free with no credit card required. It's perfect for small organizations getting started.
How does billing work?
Pick a plan and a billing cycle (monthly or annual) during signup. We issue an invoice on each billing date and send it to you by email. Pay via EFT using your invoice number as the reference. No credit card is required to get started.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. There are no lock-in contracts.
Do you take a percentage of ticket sales?
No, we don't take any commission from your ticket sales. You only pay the PayFast transaction fees (which go directly to PayFast) and your plan subscription fee if you're on a paid plan.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Each tenant's data is completely isolated in our multi-tenant architecture. All payments are processed through PayFast's secure PCI-compliant system. We never store card details.
